          Who Am I?

            The Professional Me:

=> Writes code for General Dynamics Canada among other things!

            The Personal Me:

=> Likes to contribute my time and resources to community causes:

I'm Chair of the Board at the New Edinburgh Community and Arts Centre

I'm the crazy Vinyl LP/VHS/DVD/Cassette dude who runs the "A/V" section
of the annual Rockcliffe Book Fair

=> Likes to do all sorts of fun stuff with my family:

I'm a 4-season cyclist who loves to bike in the cold and on my
awesome Dutch bike in nicer weather.

NYC is a 6-6.5 hour drive so we go often for: the 5 boro bike tour,
the beaches, the pizza, the jerk chicken, and the shoes!

I like to swim in the nearby Pond from May to November.

Cool YOW family hangouts for us: Stanley Park, Sugar Mountain
The Y, The GG, The Market, The Huron Lookout, Meech Lake

=> Has an interesting paper-trail of online "stuff" outside of the usual suspects:

I am a proud Ottawan...born and raised and love to talk about Ottawa on Reddit.

I was a prolific poster to rec.music.hip-hop using the handles s733807 and sflynn
(fun fact: potentially bought stuff from the American Taliban via this).

Our kitchen and bathroom (see small bathrooms) renos won some awards!

You can see that my SportsStats are kinda crappy...but I'm more of a weightlifter.

I have a couple of random user profiles on StackOverflow and ZoomInfo

            Other Stuff:

=> In case you're wondering: sfyro = my initials + 3 letter IATA code of the airport
nearest to where I live (so I can have a cool handle and URL!)

=> FYI: these web pages were painstaikenly handcrafted by yours truly using nothing
more than a ssh session and vi!
